How to Use
📖 Tool Introduction
Trip Itinerary is a free online tool that turns scattered travel notes into a clean, structured table. The interface uses a grid of days crossed with time slots: each row stands for one day and each column splits into morning, afternoon and evening, so you only need to type your plan into the matching cell and a well-organised itinerary takes shape. You can plan up to fourteen days and add or remove rows as your trip grows or shrinks. Once you are done, the copy and download buttons convert the grid into an easy-to-read plain-text document you can share with travelling companions, print out and carry in your pocket, or save to your phone notes app. Everything is auto-saved in your browser, so closing the page halfway through never costs you a single entry. Whether it is a quick weekend getaway or a long holiday, this tool keeps your plans tidy and removes the need to scroll back through chat history hunting for that one booking detail.
You can reopen this tool any time before you leave home or step into the store, and your previous list will be waiting exactly as you left it. The whole experience is intentionally lightweight so that planning never feels like another chore, and you can always clear the slate when you are ready for a fresh start. Many people find that writing expenses down in a simple table changes how they spend money throughout the month, because every purchase becomes a conscious decision rather than an automatic swipe. This tool is designed to be quick enough to open on your phone, add a coffee in two taps, and close again before your drink has cooled. It does not require any account sign-up, bank connection, or cloud sync, which means your financial data never leaves your device. The simple breakdown also makes it easy to spot patterns such as how much you spend on dining out versus groceries, or whether your transport costs are creeping up. Once a category starts to dominate the bar chart, you know exactly where to focus next month.✨ Key Features
