Email Signature is a small utility that helps professionals build a polished business email sign-off in seconds. Many people send business mail without any signature, or with a plain-text block that feels half-hearted. This tool distills three common signature layouts into selectable styles: the Classic bar (bold name, a blue title line, phone, email, company and website stacked below, with a brand-blue bar on top), the Gradient card (a purple-blue rounded card in white text, suited to design and marketing roles), and the Minimal line (a thin black vertical rule on the left, restrained typography, suited to legal and finance roles). You simply fill in six fields on the left, namely name, title, phone, email, company and website, and the preview pane on the right renders the signature live, hiding any field you leave blank so no empty rows appear. When you click Copy HTML, the clipboard receives an inline-styled HTML snippet that you paste straight into your mail client signature settings; Outlook, Gmail, QQ Mail and NetEase Mail Master all render it correctly. The whole workflow runs locally in your browser, so no information ever leaves your device, and it is therefore safe to enter confidential company details and personal contact numbers. Because the styles are designed with inline CSS rather than external classes, they survive the stripping that aggressive mail servers often apply to style blocks, which is the most common reason hand-crafted signatures suddenly look broken after a migration or a client update. Switching between styles takes one tap, so a sales rep can keep the same information but change the visual tone for a cold outreach versus a warm follow-up in a matter of seconds.

📝 How to Use

5. Open your mail client signature settings, paste and save

⚠️ Notes

• Name required: copying is blocked until a name is entered, with a friendly message
• Mail client compatibility: inline styles work in mainstream clients; very stripped-down clients may drop the gradient background
• Blank hidden: empty fields are omitted from the signature so no blank rows appear
• Character escaping: angle brackets and quotes are escaped, so the snippet can be pasted straight in as HTML
