How to Use

📖 About this tool

PPT to PDF converts a .pptx deck into a PDF inside your browser. It is the step you take before emailing lecture slides, a tender response or a product deck to someone who may not have PowerPoint - the file opens anywhere and the layout stays exactly as you left it instead of being reflowed by a different software version. Text box content, positions and bold titles are preserved, you can choose 4:3, 16:9 or A4, and you can export only selected slides.

If you present with speaker notes, tick the notes pages option and a page carrying that slide's notes is inserted after each slide, which prints as a handy handout. Everything is processed locally, so an unpublished bid never leaves your machine.

✨ Features

  • Local conversion - the deck never leaves the machine and works offline.
  • Four slide ratios - 4:3, 16:9, A4 portrait and A4 landscape.
  • Page range - type something like "1-3,5" to export only what you need.
  • Notes pages - notesSlide entries are parsed and inserted after each slide.
  • Layout preserved - text boxes are drawn at their original coordinates and font sizes.
  • Page numbers - optional marker in the bottom right corner.
  • First page preview - check slide one before exporting.
  • CJK safe - canvas rendering keeps Chinese text intact.

🚀 How to use

  1. Click Choose file or drag a .pptx onto the dashed area, or load the built-in sample.
  2. Pick a slide ratio, optionally enter a page range and tick notes pages.
  3. Press Convert and download PDF.

⚠️ Notes

  • Only .pptx is supported; save legacy .ppt files as .pptx first.
  • Images, charts, SmartArt and master backgrounds are not rendered - this release focuses on text and layout positions.
  • Text scales proportionally when the source ratio differs from the target, so try to match the original.
  • The result is a page image, so the text is not selectable or searchable.
