PDF Organize Pages
Thumbnails are ready: delete, reorder or rotate, then press export
How to Use
📖 Tool Introduction
PDF Organize Pages lets you fix the page structure of a document before exporting it. Every page is first rendered as a thumbnail, so you can see at a glance which page is the cover, which one is a stray blank scan, and which one came out upside down. You then delete, reorder and rotate individual pages and export a brand-new PDF.
The key difference from command-line or server-side tools is that you look before you change. Every edit is recorded in memory only, the source file is never touched, and you can undo an operation on any page and export again. Until you confirm, the file on your disk stays exactly as it was.
Typical uses include dropping blank pages that slipped into a merged bundle, turning around a few pages that were scanned the wrong way, moving an appendix in front of the main text, or rearranging a long document before sharing it.
Everything runs locally in your browser, so the PDF is never uploaded. Because the thumbnails are rendered on your own machine, reordering does not require re-parsing the document, and the interface responds immediately.
Because pages are copied as complete objects rather than flattened into images, the exported file keeps the original resolution, keeps any selectable text, and does not grow unnecessarily. A document that only needed a page removed will come out essentially the same size as the one you started from.
Common arrangements are quick to reach: drop the blank backs of a double-sided scan, pull an appendix forward, or flip a handful of pages that went through the feeder sideways. Because you see every page before committing, mistakes are caught at the preview stage rather than discovered after the file has already been sent out.
✨ Key Features
- Thumbnail preview: every page rendered as a small image so content and orientation are obvious
- Delete pages: mark a page for removal; marked pages grey out and can be restored at any time
- Reorder: move a page anywhere with the left and right buttons, and the order refreshes instantly
- Per-page rotation: ninety degrees clockwise each press, cumulative, ideal for sideways scans
- Lossless rebuild: pages are copied as original objects, never recompressed, so clarity is preserved
- Local processing: nothing is uploaded, and the result shows its size ready for download
🚀 How to Use
- Pick a PDF in the upload area on the left, or drag the file in
- Press start and wait for the thumbnails to finish rendering
- Use rotate, move left, move right and delete on the thumbnails to arrange pages
- Press apply and export; the tool rebuilds the pages in order and writes a new PDF
- Check the page count and output size in the result area, then download
⚠️ Things to Note
- One file at a time: Only one PDF can be organised at a time; process several files one by one
- Deletion is a marker: Deletion is a marker; clear the marker to bring the page back
- Rotation accumulates: Rotation accumulates in ninety-degree steps, so four presses return to the start
- Rendering takes a moment: Documents with many pages take a while to render; wait for the progress bar before editing
- Export writes a new file: The export is a new file, so your original PDF is never modified
