Batch Watermark
How to Use
📖 Tool Introduction
Before images go out on social feeds, client previews or published posts, a watermark lowers the chance of them being lifted outright. Adding marks one by one in an editor is slow, so this tool applies the same text or logo across dozens of photos in a single pass.
Marks can be text or an image: text suits a byline or URL, an image suits a brand logo. Position offers nine fixed corners plus full-frame tiling, and tiling combined with low opacity and rotation covers the whole frame without hiding the subject.
Font size and logo width are both percentages of the image, so a mixed batch keeps a consistent visual weight. You will not end up with a tiny mark on a large photo and an oversized one on a small photo.
Processing happens entirely in the browser. Source images are never uploaded, which makes it safe for pre-release samples and contract attachments.
✨ Features
- Handles up to 40 images per batch, imported by drag and drop.
- Text or image watermarks, with an optional outline for text contrast.
- Font size is a percentage of image height, so proportions stay consistent across a batch.
- Logo width is a percentage of image width, keeping marks from swinging in size.
- Nine fixed corner positions plus full-frame tiling.
- Adjustable tile spacing, from dense anti-theft coverage to sparse placement.
- Opacity slider from barely visible to clearly visible.
- Rotation up to plus or minus 90 degrees; angled marks are harder to crop out.
- Output can keep the original format or be normalized to PNG, JPEG or WEBP.
- Multiple results bundle into a ZIP, keeping original names with a -wm suffix.
- Fully client-side; source images are never uploaded.
- Per-file status in the list, so one failure does not block the rest.
🚀 How to Use
- Press choose images or drag files into the dashed area to add several at once.
- Pick a watermark type: enter text, or upload a logo image.
- Adjust size, color, opacity and rotation to taste.
- Choose a position, or full-frame tiling with spacing if you want anti-theft coverage.
- Press add watermark, then download the bundled ZIP.
⚠️ Notes
- Image marks need an upload first:After switching to image mode you must upload a logo, otherwise the tool stops with a prompt.
- Sizes are relative:Font size is a percentage of height, so marks shrink on small images. Raise the percentage if needed.
- Tiling covers the subject:Full-frame tiling overlaps the main content. For finished artwork, lower the opacity or switch to a corner.
- WEBP may be downgraded:If the browser cannot export WEBP it falls back to PNG rather than failing silently.
- Large images use memory:Processing many multi-thousand-pixel images at once may stall; work in batches.
- Watermarks cannot be removed afterwards:This is a destructive overlay, so keep backups of your originals.
Watermark types and placement
- Text or image: a text watermark is redrawn at output resolution and stays sharp, while an image watermark keeps its own logo design.
- Tiling and opacity: a single centred mark suits portfolios; tiled repetition with lower opacity protects bulk previews without hiding the subject.
Privacy and compatibility
- Nothing is uploaded: compositing happens inside your browser, so unpublished photos and client proofs stay on your device.
- Output: results keep the source dimensions and are bundled into one ZIP archive for download.
